SISID proudly brings back its open mic sessions production entitled, Espashow Vol. 2, which "aims to cultivate a more active local artist community by opening opportunities for creatives to interact, present their work, and be exposed to other forms and approaches to artmaking."

According to SISID's founder, Gerald Manuel, he "believe(s) that art-makers will gather and grow, when there is a space that welcomes and cares for their craft. This is why we wanted to design a space that opens its doors to the wide range of different art forms, whether they’re music-making, poetry reading, stand-up comedy, or even dramatic readings. “

Who is SISID?

SISID is an arts collaboration group with the extraordinary support of mentors, peers, friends, family, and fellow creatives. 

The group’s mission is to deepen the interest and affinity people have in different forms of making art, such as the written word, performative act, visual arts, and more, and it aims to deliver this by establishing open and accessible spaces to gather artists and aspiring artmakers with the help of partner organizations.

Espashow Vol. 1

SISID’s very first open mic sessions called Espashow Vol. 1 took place last April 5, 2025 at The Groove in Cubao, Q.C., drawing a full house crowd. 

The headliners brought the stage to life with poetry, music, and dramatic readings, all within a safe, inclusive space where art and expression were free to thrive.

This June 26, Espashow Vol. 2 makes its return to The Groove in Cubao, featuring a new roster of headliners set to showcase diverse artistic performances:
