Barefoot Theatre Collaborative just announced that the highly successful theatre adaptation of the movie, Bar Boys (2017) is returning this 2025, this time with an all-new staging at the Hyundai Hall, Areté this October.

It was announced that following two sold-out runs last year, Bar Boys The Musical builds on the story’s powerful foundation — not as a rerun, but a bold, reworked revival, as it continues to champion ambition, friendship, and the Filipino spirit in a way that is both timely and resonant.

Returning to the stage is the original cast, Benedix Ramos (Pinoy Big Brother: Komunity Season 10, Next to Normal), Alex Diaz (Glitter & Doom, Pangako Sayo), Jerom Canlas (Mahal Kita, Beksman, Gameboys), Omar Uddin (Next to Normal, Delia D.), and Sheila Francisco (Come From Away, South Pacific), alongside Mikko Angeles leading the creative team.
