June 21, 2025 - After a year-long hiatus from solo work, Manila-based artist TALA returns with "KEEPSAKES," a live video series of unreleased songs. Kicking off with the track "Giving and Giving In," "KEEPSAKES" signals a new chapter in the singer-songwriter's musical journey – personal, collaborative, and deeply rooted in the joy of writing. 

Shot at Mid Century Manila, the intimate live session is a celebration of both old and new connections. Many of the band members and crew are friends TALA made back in high school – longtime, skilled collaborators who share her love for storytelling and sound. TALA's new crew is formed through a mutual drive to create with heart and intention. 

"We all just had a good time," TALA shares. "We've all played with each other in some way before – everyone had performed with at least one other person on the team. The history made our synergy feel natural. I'm always writing, and this felt like the right moment to let people in on that process without much pressure. The energy that day we filmed was so full of purpose – I hope people can feel that when they watch the video!"

This live session series also marks a creative return for TALA, whose dreamy, melancholic sound and lyrical songwriting have earned her over 15 million streams and features in NME, Bandwagon Asia, CLAVEL, PURVEYR, and more. 

While the four songs included in the series are yet to be officially released, this live performance offers fans a rare first listen to her current soundscape.
