PROM: When We Were Young — A Throwback Night of Music, Memory, and Meaning from the UP Music Circle
Dust off your old corsages and get ready to dance like it's prom night again—this time with a soundtrack that hits even closer to home.
On July 12, 2025 at 6:00 PM, the UP Music Circle (UPMC) invites you to its much-anticipated flagship event: PROM: When We Were Young, happening at Kowloon Dining Hall in Quezon City (just above Mow’s Bar).

A Night of Youth, Longing, and Live Acts
Headlining the evening are some of today’s most beloved names in OPM, including Any Name’s Okay, HEY JUNE!, Of Mercury, Nameless Kids, ALYSON, scarethecats, and byresidents.
From synth-pop serenades to indie-rock anthems, the lineup promises an electrifying journey through the many moods of youth—tender, turbulent, and everything in between.
The UP Music Circle (UPMC)
UPMC is a university-wide organization based in the University of the Philippines-Diliman, providing a venue for music enthusiasts of all genres, statures, and expertise. The organization actively cultivates an appreciation for music, and since its establishment in 1998, has also promoted the use of such as a means of personal affirmation and a foundation for social interaction.
PROM: When We Were Young! is a blast from the past, bringing you the nostalgia of a high school promenade. The retro-inspired gig is made even more colorful by a special celebration of live music and local talents.
