Tridem Collective Entertainment, a non-profit educational theatre group, proudly announces its upcoming production of Love’s Labour’s Won, a fresh reimagining of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing.

About the Show

Love’s Labour’s Won brings Shakespeare’s beloved romantic comedy to life with chaos, romance, and rivalry. This contemporary adaptation features 21 professional actors, emerging artists, and students from Tridem Collective’s Workshop to Stage 2 program. Directed by Miel Barrera Abong, with stage management by Pearl Bornilla, and original music by Twaye De Sagon, the production blends tradition with surprise for a modern, family-friendly audience.

The cast includes acclaimed local theatre performers such as Tarek El Tayech (Twelfth Night, Othello), Barbara Jance (Shrek the Musical, I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change), Joshua Tayco (Mabining Mandirigma), and Edrei Tan (Bar Boys: A New Musical), among many others.

This marks Tridem Collective Entertainment’s second production since its debut in September 2025, which featured a full cast of acting students. 

With the addition of seasoned professionals, the ensemble now experiences the full rigor of a professional production, from workshop to rehearsal to stage.

Show Dates and Tickets

The show runs on April 11, 12, 18, and 19, 2026 at the 3rd floor of the Mirror Theatre Studio, Makati City, with performances at 3:00pm and 8:00pm.
